Subaru has forums too, if you prefer dirt roads...
hahah, I do have a Scion for such occasions

Hahaha LMAO
That is a typical Subaru driver for sure.
I got my first Subaru Outback in 2021 because my father’s a “Subaru fanboy” and sold it right after buying it brand new. It is that kind of brand who knows marketing a lot better than how to make a good adventure vehicle. I don’t use the term”off road vehicle” because Subaru absolutely knows nothing or simply isn’t willing to make such kind of vehicles. Anyway, I became a Subaru hater since then. The Garbage CVT, the weak AWD(yea it’s weak, far far far far from the simplest and cheapest 4wd), the VERY bad mpg in town(that CVT handles mpg really bad when your speed varies, it performs good on a static speed like on highway though), the worst-ever bumper-cracking approach angle. Heck, that thing is nothing other than a boring sluggish modern shitbox. It’s a nightmare for adventure seekers. Definitely.
Nope, never driven a Subaru.. and the Scion is my brothers..

Late to this party but when i started watching the video i said to myself “wait, i recognize that voice” then a few moments later when it said “Lite Brite Nation” (their new channel name?) I realized immediately it was time to click the x on the top right of my screen.

if she got pimped out any further she’d have a LB channel on pornhub

Well...the Bronco 2.7 engines are starting to “blow.” So I’d say she already has the material she needs... 😫

jeez - cut them a little slack. The JL wasn't stock either - had 35s

The mod on their Bronco was a preventative measure for trail damage - I wouldn't say it really enhanced anything. Honestly, I can't blame them a bit. Last thing I'd want to do to a new vehicle, (Jeep, Bronco, whatever) is tear something like that up on the trail

If I remember right - they even called this out. Basically said that this was stock vs stock but both made to equal each other as much as possible.

If all they changed were the tires, It would still be considered "stock". I drove my JL stock, with no lift and 35's for months. I wheeled it pretty hard. The JLUR doesn't need a lift to run 35's. They never rubbed and I didn't refer to my jeep as modified. It was stock.

Yeah. I think blown engines is up there in a class all by itself in terms of severe "growing pains."
Considering the BS we've suffered with the JK's 3.8L and 3.6Ls in JK, JL & JT we clearly live in a glass house. Probably shouldn't be playing with stones.

That's funny. You know what's funnier, IIHS small overlap crash test. At 40mph the Wrangler flipped over. So much for 80 years of Jeep engineering. Hahahaha. Sadly, 48% of small overlap crashes end with death. That's not funny. 😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵
Sorry your feelings got hurt.

Put it up against the xtream recon with no mods to either. The jeep will win hands down. The xtreme recon was the answer to the bronco. Went another 6" fully locked.

The Wrangler is a compromised vehicle. Anyone who's ever bought one or is planning to, should know this. The buyer has a responsibility to know what they're getting into before making a major purchase. In order to fulfill its purpose of being a street legal dedicated off-roader, compromises have to be made. Those compromises directly relate to the comfort of a Wrangler, how it drives, interior noise, and most notably, safety.

If Wranglers are so deadly, why are they one of the cheapest vehicles to insure? I rather live in reality and with logic, rather than hyperbolic crap.

I was shocked watching the video after Kevin posted on the bronco forum that he thought the bronco did better then the wrangler. it didn’t look that way in the video.
I watched the video and the Bronco did fairly well but the Wrangler definitely seemed better and you could clearly see the limitations of IFS. Watching the Broncos go into the soup bowl was scary

Here's some reality and logic for you. The Wrangler is an antiquated design, therefore they are cheap to repair. Thus, cheap to insure.
The average MSRP is around 50k. Once again, I know logic is devoid in your head, but deadly means bad crashes. Bad crashes means totaling or lots of repairs. No vehicle that’s truly “deadly” will ever be cheap to insure. You’re speaking hyperbolic crap again.

You say that like it's a bad thing...

The Bronco owners are going to have to focus on rear axle articulation, but might be able to achieve decent flex. I think it could be a decent platform.

Shall we talk about the horrible reputation the 3.6L has? Tick, tick, tick, tick... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Huh...?

My bad. I can see by your other posts that you are on here just to troll.

Nevertheless, welcome to the Jeep forum.

He joined 2 weeks ago, doesn’t own a Jeep or even a Bronco, and his most “off road worthy” vehicle from his sig is a Lexus ES 350 (that is at least available as an awd car). Opinions without experience are useless in any off road debate.

You’re right. A good time to put the ignore feature to use with the troll.
