Our Rubicon shocks are long gone since the suspension has been replaced, but I can offer the BIlstein specs which is probably more representative of the Non-Rubicons. The Rubicons are most likely another 0.5-0.75" longer.

Bilstein Collapsed Length (IN)15.55
Bilstein Extended Length (IN)23.73

If off the JL, it is easy.
Measure from center of the loop/loop and that will get you the extended/compressed and the difference will be the travel

i have a set if you’re interested. PM me and I could measure them

Edit: I don’t think I could measure compressed and u compressed lengths with them off the vehicle
