Stock rubi sway bar disconnect questions

1. Most times after pressing the button, I need to get moving a little say 1 mph, before it actually disconnects. Do you think it's ok to do that?

2. When the Jeep is in 4hi and disconnected, and you turn the jeep off / then restart, the brain auto-reconnects. Is there a hack to prevent this from occurring?

btw, the jeep reconnecting is my most disliked thing even more than people driving jeep with angry eyes.

1. Yeah, of course. It reconnects at 15mph and then disconnects again under 15, so it's designed to work while moving.

I intend to increase the threshold with my Tazer, 15 is way too low and on dirt roads between trails it is driving itself nuts everytime I slow and then pick up speed

Im not 100% but on the tazer JL you can disconnect it at any speed, the part Im not sure about is if when you turn your rig off if it will stay disconnected or not. Might be something you want to look into.
