Stinger Height 10 + Soundbar Issue

What’s up guys. First post on the forums and need your help! I purchased my buddies height 10 off of him after he wrecked his jeep. Unfortunately I forgot to get the canbus T splitter thing (part number MQS4PT-36) and stinger as well as PAC refuses to sell the wire alone. Due to being unable to locate the wire online I just jumped it and it powers on fine now and everything works well. My issue now is my soundbar doesn’t have any sound coming out. All of my other speakers work but not the soundbar. What would cause this? I’m unsure if the canbus would cause any issues with this as my other speakers are working just fine.
If I do need the canbus splitter where can I find the part or make a work around since I’ve searched high and low for it. Thanks!

The first place I would check would be these guys: PacParts

They used to be the go to for random parts that go missing from the normal name brands like Alpine, Kenwood, JVC, etc...they might not carry anything from AAMP or Stinger. Have you tried contacting a local brick and mortar specialty shop (NOT Best Buy)?

As for the problem with the soundbar, I would have to look at the setup before I would attempt to make any recommendations. Have you looked to see if the H/U is sending out a low level (RCA) signal instead of through the speakers?
