Stinger Heigh/Horizon10 - No Reverse Guidelines

Anyone installed the Stinger Heigh10 or Horizon units and had their factory reverse guidelines not show up on the screen?

I did troubleshooting with Stinger - they even sent me a replacement integration kit, replacement PAC units didn't fix the issue. No reverse lines, just the camera feed. (Settings are verified and things reset many times)

Any insight or experience is appreciated

They should have a fix soon. I worked with them and determined that certain backup camera model numbers don’t work, I replaced mine with a known good version and it fixed the issue. I then sent them my old one and they’re developing a firmware update that will work with it. If you don’t want to wait you could replace your camera. That’s the issue.
