Finally I´m officially in the Sting Gray Club!! :))))
Just picked it up today from the dealer... Instant LOVE! This color is simply amazing... So much better in person.
JL Unlimited Sport S 2.2 Diesel (Europe)

First Impressions from the EU version:

BIG LIKE: Fuel Consumption! Just did my first 100 US miles and got 7.8 l/100kms (30 US MPG / 36 UK MPG). I did 50% city and 50% road with lots of curves and hills (not highway).

BIG DISLIKE: That horrible front bumper!!
(At least I found a use for it! It serves as a nice chair, or a lunch table) :)))

First post here. Ordered a Sting Gray JLUR on 26 January. Got the build sheet today so maybe not a long wait ahead. As long as it doesn’t compare to my wait when I ordered my 2017 Raptor I’ll be happy, that was about a 6 month wait. Hopefully going to convert this into a little bit of an overlander so I can do some camping trips with my kids. Only big plans to start are to throw a Mopar lift and some 37 KM3’s on the Venomrex VR501’s I ordered. From there Ill be pushing some little things until I get a roof rack and winch installed. Then start locking in what I want from Goosegear and decide on a roof tent. Any suggestions are welcome being the first Jeep and a future overland junkie.

I purchased these aftermarket and brought them to Custom Alignment in Mountain View, CA. Which is a great little local shop that installed them over spacers and aligned everything.

Tires were $255 each. Total was $1,389.75 with taxes.

Install and alignment was $275. $40 per tire and spacer and $75 to check and tweak alignment slightly.
I think you Cali guys could save some money by driving out here to Tennessee to buy tires. I have a fiend with a shop who was selling sets of 4 new 315/70-17 KO2s for $800, mounted and balanced, with tax. Drive over to Tire Discounters for an alignment, and you’re done for $920.

That is the kind of price a "fiend" would give...;)
