My husband's JK is granite crystal and I didn't want 2 Jeeps of the same color in my driveway lol. Plus, the SG is such a creamy cool color

My deciding factor might not apply anymore. I chose SG over granite because of the popularity of granite. I didn’t want to see “my” Jeep everywhere. At the time, no one had a SG.
Now it seems like SG has become pretty popular itself. I’d still choose SG today though.

My reasons:

1) Everyone has metallic colors, flat colors look different.
2) The color reminds me of the military, which is where the Jeeps roots are.
3) Red accents pop on Sting-Gray. If you get a Rubicon, you will get a lot of red accents.
4) I have had so many gray metallic cars I just needed a change.

Similar. My wife has a Tahoe that is basically the same color as granite. I think Sting-Gray is a little more unique.

Creamy, yes great analogy! It changes color depending on how sunny or dark. I ordered mine with only seeing online video but I could not be more happy. Period. Everyone says it’s better in person and it’s true. Gets looks everywhere it goes.....
