Heading up Yankee Boy right at the turn where you cross the creek to go to Imogene. Too much snow still to go any farther on Imogene. They had not started cutting it yet.

Gotcha. I have not run Yankee Boy, but Imogene is prob one of my fave trails.

You have to go up Yankee Boy to get to the Imogene turn, from Ouray that is. Yanke Boy continues on to the top. It dead ends. Governor basin as well as Silver Basin are in the Yankee Boy basin also.

Yankee boy basin is absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth spending some time and checking it out.
mineral creek that connect Ouray to Animas forks is one of my favorite trails in that area.

I ordered them direct from KC and they came with the cowl mounts, however they do not appear to be making these anymore and are not available on their site. Neither of these links actually show stock on hand but I did a quick look for them and found them on Amazon here:

Took her offroading yesterday with my wife and a few friends - little dusty/dirty but who likes photos of clean Jeeps lol...

Had her for a few months now and will eventually get around to covering all the mods/changes =)

Can't think these vendors/suppliers enough for getting the Jeep pretty damn close to where I wanted it!
