I agree. Thanks for making my point. Even a 35 does not measure a true 35”.

Now for those that can see the difference between a 34.5 and 34.8 I tip my hat.
Wasn’t trying to make anyone’s point :)

All tires are small. By the time you put that 34.5/34.8 tire under the weight of the vehicle depending on factors of the tire it will be well into the 33.X size mounted. Same for 37” tires. It’s a racket.

Yeah, but some folks say the BFGs look small... ;)

Damn you guys ALL have Rubi's.

I'm in the same boat with OP. I have a Sahara I ordered thats coming in 5 weeks. Probably going to go with 35's and a 2" mopar lift. I think 35's will be good with the 3.45 axel.

If you want to go 33's try to buy "used" Rubi wheels from someone who upgraded their Rubi and want to get rid of the tires. You'll be a godsend to them.

just ordered my sting gray sahara as well. did you upgrade wheels or anything else ?

Do you happen to know how much weight the Beast wheels add?
I am not sure about the actual numbers but the ridge grapplers are heavy and mine are 35x13.5. I would guess that the wheel and tire together are at least 30-40lb heavier per wheel than stock. The auto transmission handles it well- no need to regear in my opinion.

Nice! Do you have a side shot? What tire size are you running?
They are they stock tires 285's. I have a bunch of long road trips coming up for about a year, so I'm gonna wear down these quick but already have 37's ridge grapplers and 2.5" lift ready to install

That's one tough looking Rubicon you have there. You pulled it off well with those Black Rhino Armory wheels. How much do they weigh? They look like they could be a heavy wheel. Nonetheless, big thumbs up!
What lift did you do and can you tell us the specs on the wheels/tires?
