Step sliders with 3 mounting points - sturdy enough?

I'm looking at sliders now and most that I see have 3 mounting points like the ones below. Are these sturdy enough to take the weight of the vehicle slamming down and/or being jacked up by a hi lift? Any recommendations for good brands with steps? I'm hoping to keep it in the 600's if there's an option that doesn't compromise on strength or protection

First picture is the LOD signature sliders and second is the smittybilt apollo sliders

Thats the standard frame mount configuration across most of them. I’ve dropped pretty hard on our westins with no issues.
