I have a steersmarts rear track bar for sale. Never been fully installed. I found out when I was trying to put it in that it is incompatible with the teraflex rear track bar relocation bracket I have installed. The carriage bolts supplied by steersmarts were too short, so I bought longer grade 8 flange bolts and new flange nuts. Those are included along with the provided hardware. Asking $225 and shipping is on me.

Strange- wonder why the bolts would be too short that they supplied? Mistake with all the kits or just a bad batch with this kit? Is this for a rubicon/JL 2018+? Assuming a 2 and 4 door are the same bar. I am in 47630 zip code- would you consider any lower on price?

This will work on any 2018+ JL; Rubicon or non-rubicon, 2 door or 4 door. I’m not sure what happened with the fasteners provided by steersmarts. The only way I could get the nuts to catch the threads and go on was by squeezing the clamps in my vice. They were still so short that when I tightened the clamps to the collar, I didn’t have full thread engagement on the bolts. Shipping is pretty hefty on this thing since it weighs 30 lbs, so I have to be firm on my asking price. If it were a local pickup, there would be more room for negotiating the asking price.

Edit to add: This will work in the factory mounting location. I know it won’t work with the Teraflex rear trackbar relocation bracket if you’re using the lower of the two holes. It may work if you use the upper hole (4.5 inch lift). There may be other relocation brackets out that this trackbar will work with, but I can’t say for certain since I haven’t tried any other combinations.
