Hi All,
The other day I noticed my steering wheel heater stopped working, it would turn on for a second or two then shut off. I setup an appointment and dropped it off for service today. I guess what had happened is that the module that controls the heated steering wheel was sending to much power and the whole thing melted together and the leads meted off of the contact points.
Two questions
1. is this a common issue?
2. could this have anything to do with adding after market LED turn signal bulbs (Oracle Amber/White Switchback Item# 5111-023)
I do not have many upgrades to my Jeep and all except the turn signals are Mopar parts installed at the dealer (not counting rims and tires)
