Has anyone installed a steering stabilizer on STOCK 392? I bought the Fox Series 2.0 ATS Steering Stabilizer (# 983-02-148), which is supposed to be a direct bolt-on. I'm not having any luck because it appears the replacement bracket does not provide proper alignment. Wonder if anyone else has experienced this?

Note: There was a mid-2021 change by Jeep on the bolt that mounts the stabilizer to the tie rod (closest to the wheel). You actually have to order the 2018-2020 Mopar bolt for mounting an aftermarket stabilizer to the factory mount . . . Mopar Part # 6510774AA. See video.

I called Fox, they said that it should fit aside from the screw issue you identified above. They admitted that some of the brackets do not line up correctly but if you call them they will send you a new one. Is mounting the bracket where you are running into trouble?

By email today Fox told me:

We only list this part to fit the 2020 model.

Where did you run into trouble when trying to mount it? Was it lining up the holes on the replacement bracket supplied by Fox?

The replacement bracket is fine . . . typical stuff . . . start all 3 bolts before tightening. My problem is the alignment of the stabilizer to the the factory tie rod mount. The bracket seems to force the stabilizer to not align to be able to get the 6510774AA bolt inserted. I tried lowering the Jeep and lifting one side at a time to see if that would help. Maybe something is off with the bracket?

I have one on backorder. When I get it I'll let you know if it fit. Please do the same if you figure it out.
Thanks.

Anyone verified figment yet on the 392? Also, It would be REALLY nice if I could figure out how to get the decals color matched to the factory shocks with the bronze… anyone??

Uhm...I hope that's not accurate.

Just screenshot this.

I've got one in backorder from @Quadratec for my 2021 JLUR, and I will be very pissed if it doesn't install properly.

I wish I would have seen this thread earlier. Spent my whole morning trying to get the Fox bracket to line up as it was off just enough that I could not get all 3 bolts started. I could get the top 2 bolts started keeping the bolts loose enough so I could move the bracket around for the side bolt. It just would not line up enough to even get 1 or 2 threads started. Also, the hex flange head bolt issue. I have the old Mopar # 6510774AA bolt on order. I don't have the 392, but still had these issues.

After six weeks of backorder coupled with the above concern, I cancelled and went with the Teraflex Falcon Nexus. So unfortunately I won't be able to verify the fitment information.

How do you like it compared to the stock stabilizer? Have you noticed any pulling to one side? Also: are the three different modes on it of much value? Looks like a lot of people set it to medium and leave it like that.
