Steering box tsb problems

So i was supposed to get the steering box changed at a dealership in olathe kansas at end of October 2020. Then the date changed to mid november, then december 20, still no word. Wondering if they ate getting the part that wad for me and giving them to other customers who are purchasing new vehicles? Either way not impressed with the service from jeep on handling this issue. Should be a recall mandated. I guess i will call the dealership Monday to find out the next extension.

It all depends on how motivated your dealership is, to helping you. Try another one. I had mine done in a couple of days, when at first they said it might be over a month.

Yes, Jeep dealers suck. Did someone tell you they wouldn't?

John took a year to get the steering gear changed in the Wrangler. things improved when we talked with@JeepCares and FCA Jeep Canada Customer Care.

Our selling dealer was useless. "It's a Jeep thing." They test drove the Wrangler at low speed on smooth roads. And test drove their own Jeep " was the same"
