Steel Bumper that works w/ factory NON LED Fogs?

Anyone producing a steel bumper for the JL Wrangler Sport that doesn't require factory LED Fogs?

The JL non led fogs have the same bolt pattern as the 11+ jk plastic bumper fog lights, the biggest difference is that the JL fogs have more plastic trim

I was able to fit my factory fogs in a artec front bumper with very minor trimming
