Steel Bumper LED fog light adapter (opposite of most)

I think I'm looking for the opposite of most people on here. I currently have the steel bumper with LED fog lights. I want to keep the LED fog lights, but mount them to an aftermarket bumper (Smittybilt XRC Gen 2). Smittybilt says those are the ONLY OEM fog lights that are NOT compatible.

Anyone know of an adapter to go from steel bumper to standard mount??? Thanks!!
