Back from picking up the Jeep from the dealership. It came with Falkens'. I was expecting BFG KO2's. Anyone else end up with the Falkens?

Our Jeep also came with these parts and the salesman had no clue what they are for.

Tom,

We officially took delivery so feel free to mark us delivered on your spreadsheet. I'd like to thank you for all the time you put into that spreadsheet and to the rest of you Yellow Cans for all the helpful information. The dealership wanted to know why I seemed to have access to more information than they had. :CWL:

Check with your dealer. It may be that if you did not expressly select an option, then the dealer chooses.

I did. He said there's leeway at production time depending on tires available. He also agreed that the default tire 5 months ago when I ordered was the black wall KO2's

MT Tire option gets you the Falkens. Also, the shrink wrap is because you have the aux switches.

Aside from delayed assembly parts, is there any concern about quality control on the production line due to the pandemic? I know where I work things are more discombobulated than usual.

I recall the old guidance not to buy a car built on Mondays due to worker’s inattention.

Picked my Rubicon up today and drove back 7 hours.

It had 11 miles on it at time of pick up.

Love it! The steering was incredibly tight and was not expecting it based on non diesel feedback. Drove better than my crew cab 1500 and the power is just right. Not over the top but the amount it should have.

DEF was full when I drove off lot and you can see how much was used for the ride today. See pic
Gas mileage was better than I was expecting considering I did 85 mph for a 10th of it plus passing and averaging close 70 with wind most all the way. See pic. I think 30-32mpg can be achieved in a rubicon going 55mph but 60mph+ it goes down quickly. 70mph was closer to 25mpg.
Everything was great (tire pressure at 37) except for the drivers side fender liner was flapping and rubbed the tire a lot. I think some one else mentioned this happening too with a diesel. Liners look like they freehand cut them at plant. See pic

awsome day and even better ride. Couldn’t believe how well it drove and suspension surprised me with comfort.
