My last black car was a 2015 Z28. All I ever did with that car was wash it, wax it, detail it, clean it, stare at it then maybe drive it to a car show. Where the judges, who a clearly not car people, would award a freaking RS 6 cylinder with damn stickers of comic book characters. They would totally ignore my super rare, genuine factory built 427 race car. Itās a car show not Comic-Con. If you donāt know what you are looking at then donāt sign up to be a judge. Do I sound bitter? I am! I got to the point where if I heard one more person say āooo ghost riderā I was going postal on someoneās ass. Ruined the whole damn experience for me.All I buy is black vehicles...so I am painfully aware! Here are a couple of pics! I keep them clean and protected!

Anyway... cool Benz.
this one is in Austin, Check out the VIN #We are now up to 28 diesel wranglers available on dealer lots across the US. On autotrader.
xpel is a plastic coating you put over your vehicleās paint. It is pretty sweet but not cheap. It comes with a long warranty and really protects the paint. Extremely durable! I am going to have it done on most of mine Jeep I think.WoW! thats nice.
I have not heard of xpel before. Is it like a wrap, or a spray?
On a personal note, I hope everything is going as well as possible with your wife's mother. Strokes are never a quick recovery... hang in there.

Worse...some are over 2 months ahead of the line and to date they have tripled the number delivered to dealers as have been delivered to original sold-order customers. Arguably the most disgraceful decision a major car company has ever made regarding its most dedicated customers. So the dealerships are a head of the forum members and we ordered ours first.
A cruel turn nonetheless. If anyone on here could have used less of a slap on the face from Jeep to distract from lifeās curveballs, it was you.Spell is a plastic coating you put over your vehicleās paint. my mother-in-law got out of the hospital last night. They werenāt able to see evidence of a stroke. She has Parkinsonās and in 24 hours she went from being able to bear her weight and pivot into her wheel chair to being confused, not talking coherently and unable to sit in her wheel chair. Her nurse thought she had a stroke, but her Parkinsonās has progressed.
Thanks for asking!
I agree. Iāve came close to canceling my order several times and just waiting a couple more months. I really wanted a Sarge green but who the hell knows if their really going to use that color. If I hadnāt been waiting for 3 years for the diesel I would say fuck FCA and cancel my order. Supposedly my Jeep is in shipment and delivery date is February 10Worse...some are over 2 months ahead of the line and to date they have tripled the number delivered to dealers as have been delivered to original sold-order customers. I have had my challenges, but that is what makes life interesting I guess. One thing I have learned is patience. I was going to buy an older Rubicon in October while I was waiting...wish I had done it...Hindsight is 20/20.A cruel turn nonetheless. When I ordered my Jeep in my my mind I was expecting about a February delivery. What got me un-patient was the dealer sent me an email right after Thanksgiving and said my Jeep had shipped and was supposed to be delivered around December 18. Thatās what got me wound up.I have had my challenges, but that is what makes life interesting I guess. One thing I have learned is patience. I have purchased upgrades and some won't work on other Jeeps but the diesel...sooooo, I will continue to wait knowing I will get it...I am planning on having it before April 15th...if I don't have it by then I might get pretty upset.
Clearly FCA doesn't understand how to Under commit and over deliver...it is all about setting expectations!
Hey @Kornpop that will be a good looking rig right off the line. Big fan here of the low key look of the Altitude model and have had more red vehicles in life over all other colors. Congrats on your order and wishing you the best as a Jeep owner.Just placed my order for the turbo diesel today! Firecracker red, Sahara Altitude Package. So excited! This will be my first wrangler And Iām coming from a full size pickup. We also have a 18 Grand Cherokee and love it. Always been a dream to own a wrangler!
