Standing Water in Floorboards

I tried some searches with no luck.

Last week after a solid day of consistent rain I found standing water in the front and rear passenger floorboard. Ive removed the roof and checked the gaskets and everything seems to be fine. Took it through the wash yesterday and the floor was damp. Curious if anyone else has had this issue?

Pull the drain plugs - they’re there for a reason!
