Spots on inside of instrument cluster?

I was cleaning the inside of my jl the other day and while carefully cleaning the instrument cluster I noticed that I could not get it clean! After further investigation I realized that it is on the inside of the plastic and there is no way to clean the specs off! They are very faint but they are there. Has anyone else noticed this? This is at 6 months old! Wonder what it will look like in a few years.

It's not normal. You have a brand new vehicle covered by a warranty. Bring it into the dealership, have them see it and ask for a replacement cluster panel/cover.
