Anyone know if the sport fenders will fit on a Sahara, or even if the Rubicon fenders will fit on a Sahara?

All fenders fit all models

Yes. But you will need the entire assembly, including, the DRLs, wiring harnesses, fender liners and everything else.

Sport and Sahara DRLs are different, as are the surround moldings around the fender lips.

It can be done.

I was going to do it but saw there was some issue with the fenders not properly lining up with the rear sport bumper but this was a while ago so I don't remember the details.

Mine is a Sport with paint matched Rubicon fenders I installed. The rear bumper will not exactly line up with Rubi flares on a Sport or Sahara but some don't really care. I added Rubi Steel bumpers front and rear. Take a look at my vehicle showcase here - https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/showcase/spticon.1638/

You will see where I added them.

You can also add Sahara Flares to Sport with no issues.

As Aldo mentions above, Rubi flares have their own inner fenders but still an easy swap. The flare light from Sahara fits the Rubi flares so you could reuse yours if you have a Sahara. There is a few 10mm bolts and the rest is clips. The clips is what most people break taking off flares. Still, it is a pretty easy swap.

I have rubicon painted fenders on my JLU Sport.

Thanks... reason I asked is because I'm considering trading in my 21 sport for a 21 4xe. Issue there is the 4xe only starts at the Sahara level & I definitely don't like the painted fenders on the Sahara. So checking to see if I can buy some Rubi Takeoffs and swap those out.

Anybody know if JL Sahara flares will line up with 2020 Willy's rear bumper?
I know that Rubicon flares will not.

I haven’t messed with Sahara flares but looking at them it should be exact same just painted.
