Sport Front Flare Internal Part ID Help

I'm trying to figure out if I can replace an internal part within the passenger side front fender flare on a Sport. The piece I am looking for goes between the flare and the body panel clip on the bottom end of the flare - right where it would meet up with the running board. In the parts diagrams online, this part is shown like it's part of the flare itself (item #3). But it looks like it screws/clips to the flare from the inside. Can this one part be purchased independently?

Hi Andy,
I am sorry but that piece is not serviceable. You would need a new flare.
