I read on one of the Jeep forums that caster and camber are not adjustable on the Sport or Sahara JL models. Is that true? Only toe-in is adjustable in these models, and only when you get up to the Rubicon are all three of these adjustable. Any help appreciated. thanks.

In stock form neither caster or camber are adjustable, not even on the Rubicon. Camber is not adjustable on any straight axle vehicle without putting in wonky ball joints. Caster is only adjustable with aftermarket adjustable control arms.

Just say no to cam bolts. Not the way you want to fix your caster.

Yeah, the bolt kit is not the BEST way for your CASTER ADJUSTMENT, BUT--

It's a pretty cheap method of ISOLATING your front end steering problems and if the problem IS cured JUST by CASTER ADJ--you can get some adj LCA's for the final cure !

Good luck

You can get the Mopar lift LCAs for about the same price and not have to do any grinding.

I do have the Mopar LCAs...the bolts was extra "tweaking".

:( worked for me

...at least I think so. Can they come loose?
They do tend to slip over time. The real problem is that your brackets are now slotted forever should you choose to go with better control arms down the road.

So for the cost of both you're now well on your way to the price of adjustable LCAs which, in my opinion, is the only right way to get your caster dialed in.
