Has anyone installed this? I was off-roading this weekend and couldn’t get 4wd to engage because of the FAD. Damn near went off the side of a hill because of it. At $89 it’s a lot cheaper than new axle shafts.

I don't think it's a great value for what you get. $100 basically for a coupler and a block off plate. It still retains the 2 piece inner shafts which may or may not be a weak point.

I would get a new one piece inner shaft (yukon part#YA W38841) and a cavfab block off plate. Together those will run you about $250 but you get a lot more for your money.
