For those in the "Tucson region" and owners of diesel jeeps, looking for some inputs on your experience with Jim Click.
We have had our vehicle into their Tucson location about 6 times over the last few years and 4/6 times they have sent the vehicle back in worse condition than when we dropped it off. It genuinely feels like they have no idea on how to work on diesel engines, which is not a bigger issue for me that we will have two vehicles to accommodate. Secondary issue is customer service here in AZ is very much a new / novel concept that most companies are still learning. As such, trying to work with them to address these issues is about 5x harder than it needs to be.
Interested to know how others feel about the dealership. Yelp shows them at 2.5 stars with a multitude of 1 star (minimum) ratings FWIW, so apparently i'm not alone. If others have had similiar experiences, would welcome alternatives.
TIA
