this is a repost, i think i originally had in the wrong area.
I've been upgrading the speakers in stages. Already did the front and knee replacements and have heard a lot of improvements.
I was considering the soundbar next and have 2 questions for anyone who's made similar changes.
I am planning on using the Infinity Kappa 20mx to replace the tweeter and can't find any information on how the crossover is placed in the soundbar. Anyone do this and can let me know how and where the crossover is mounted? I really don't want to do any cutting.
And my second question is the replacement of the larger speaker. From what I can tell, I'd have to get a kit and cut the original enclosure in order to fit larger speakers..... so has anyone done just the tweeter and say it's much better and worth it, while keeping the original larger speaker?
