“I bought a 2019 Jeep JLUR with the Sky One-Touch top. At the rear, where the canvas meets the frame, there is a gap between the canvas and the rubber weather seal, and it’s causing a leak. The gap runs the full length across the back. I can actually slide an envelope through the space between the seal and the canvas.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know whether the canvas or rear portion of the top can be adjusted or tightened so it fits more snugly against the weather seal?”

What is the story on the Jeep? That top is all kinds of crooked, I would loosen all the bolts that hold it down and see if you can move it around to close the gaps. It looks like the top sliding section is “racked” ie it is a parallelogram instead of square.

In your first picture the line up of the top and back glass section looks good on the right side but the left side is way too far apart.

It does look out of alignment but I'm new to these roofs and not sure about that, but its worth trying and loosening the bolts to move it around if possible, I was assuming there would not have any movement at all with the 8 or 10 bolts but I'll give it a try and find out.

Any other suggestions are appreciated from anyone.

You can see a mark in the weather strip in the left rear where it was/should be. How do the quarter windows line up?

The drivers side window fits good and seems aligned, the passenger side fits loose and I added a little weather seal were the upper right corner of the window meets the back door. There is an indentation (factory) in the top were the door meets the top and the quarter window and I needed to add the seal there because with the door closed it doesn't put enough pressure on the factory seal. I can take pics when it stops raining here, I have it cover with a plastic tarp for now.

I have the SOT on my 25’ JLUR-X. I know what the salesman said how it could be used. But I never open or close it unless I’m flat no hills, no curves, no rough terrain. Again just me.

I see some blue painters tape... Has this been in a body shop?

I'm not sure what you see is blue tape but it very well may be. Its raining here and I can't inspect but regardless, I do believe the Jeep has had some body work done. I've only owned the Jeep for a few months. It did indicate some body damage but not specific in the Carfax report.

After suggesting loosening the bolts and trying to realign the top. I started to do this when I discovered many of the bolts securing the SOT to the roof top were missing, so misalignment is probable, now I need to find a new set of those bolts because I have seen video that those bolts, 10 on each side, are in various lengths. Where to find a new bolt set?

The longer of the screws is
6513815AA
The shorter is
6512209AA

In total you need eight of each, four per side. The first one and the last three at the back are the shorter ones and the long ones go in between them.

Alright thanks very much for supplying the part numbers, I ordered a full set. Sometimes finding the right part and number is more time consuming that installing the part, hopefully this will resolve the issues with this SOT, thanks again appreciate the help very much.
