FYI, don't order from Sonic right now if you want what you're ordering anytime within the next month. Their FB page is lit up right now with a ton of super pissed off people who have placed orders, had their credit cards or accounts charged, and are sitting at 10-14 days without the order being shipped yet. Sonic can't seem to get in front of this mess, and keeps sending mixed messages and bad information out about it.
I personally placed a large order on April 18, and it has yet to ship. The payment has already been removed from my account, they have my money but have not shipped yet. An hour after I placed the order with Sonic, I placed a large order with Crutchfield for a bunch of other stuff that Sonic didn't have in stock. My Crutchfield order was delivered within 4 days.
Part of the problem is that people can't get a hold of Sonic either. When you call, you're placed on hold, then after about 20 minutes of being on hold you're disconnected and have to call back and start the process again. If you want to cancel your order, you still won't get your funds back for another 5 days. But you can't get someone on the phone to cancel the order.
This is a huge F-up on their part. Customer service is one of the only things that drives who people choose to order from, and theirs is terrible.
