Not too hard...helps if you don’t have big meat hooks for hands. Once I unbolted everything I used a block to hold the console up so I could get the hidden screws out. There’s a thread on here from a user who posted a step by step.

Haven’t folded the seat down yet, so not sure how much it hits.
