Soft Top Protection Bag

Does this come with the Jeep or is it extra? If not, I have a brand new hard top bag I would be willing to trade for the soft top bag.

It was available from the factory for $75 at the time the Jeep was ordered, otherwise it's about $140. It does not automatically come with the soft top, unfortunately.
