Soft top positioning

Can someone tell me if this bracket should be inside the track or overhanging the outside. My passenger side has it in the track and drivers side it overhangs. Under my circle there is a plastic bracket. Obviously this side is in the track

Can someone tell me if this bracket should be inside the track or overhanging the outside. My passenger side has it in the track and drivers side it overhangs. Under my circle there is a plastic bracket. Obviously this side is in the track

4 Door? Top should be in the gutter. After having mine open/down, closing it back up sometime the cable/cloth closes on the outside. Just push it in the gutter.
