Soft top coming undone?

Friend of mine has a 2018 two door JL (soft top) and he is having issues where he will be driving down the road and the driver side window panel of the soft top will come undone. The part that is coming undone is the top edge.

I have not seen it personally, but that is what he is reporting. He has experience lowering the top so it isn't like he is brand new not knowing how to reassemble the top.

Besides the obvious, is there anything he should look for? Anyone else had a similar experience?

Yes. The part that the top of the window slides into is a plastic trim piece on the soft top. This plastic price is held on by riv nuts. I had mine come apart not too long ago. I can't remember if I epoxied it or drilled it out and bolted it.
