Me and my gf were coming home from dinner and I saw this Jeep Willy Wagon in a driveway. I had to stop and check it out it looks to be around a 1956 and needs lots of love but it's still pretty cool looking.

I had a couple of those as well. One had a spring over with a Ford V-8. Actually ran pretty well but didn't pass too many gas stations. The other one was the flathead 6. Pretty loud at 50 mph. Ran it for about 6 months before I checked the tranny gear lube and it was empty. Thought it would quiet down when I filled it up but no luck. Still loud. Ran it all through undergrad. Good old Jeep, but the new JLUR is a bit more comfortable. But I could fix everything on the old ones and they always got me home.

My grandfather owned a green 1950 Willys Wagon.

Only seen it in black-and-white family photos, but it looked awesome.
