I have a 2019 JLUR with 3.6 auto. I am getting 14.5 MPG. Pretty disappointing considering my super heavy JKU with low hgearing and 40s got 15-16 MPG...

2018 JLR 6-spd, 4K miles, steel bumpers, Warn installed. I’m consistent at 18.5 on highway or city. Compared to 13MPG I had with my 2013 JKUR or 14MPG in my 2000 TJ Sport I’d say it’s quite an improvement.

My 12" lifted JLU with Dana 70s, 44s, 5.38s, and a blower, gets 22 mpg in town and 30 mpg on the hwy. And I drive it like I stole it.

Great proposal for April 1st..

My brand new 2018 JLUR 2.0L (<500mi) is at about 18 city and 22 hwy when driving ECO style which is disappointing. I should have gone with the 3.6L and probably achieve same MPG but more fun, better sound and more power.

Sahara 4-door with Rubicon Take-off wheels (KO2s) On a trip to and Missouri from Texas and back I averaged 20MPG (3.6 auto) There were some hills involved especially once you pass Crowley's Ridge in Arkansas. I'm happy with the mileage, didn't buy the Jeep for MPG. I did notice that with a strong headwind it doesn't take much to keep the Jeep out of 8th gear and the mileage (instantanous) drops substantially down to 14-18MPG. A few times I had to go to manual mode to make it go back to 8th. If you are running stock sport or sahara gearing with larger tires, I can see how your mileage would suffer. all of this was at my highway avg 70-75mph and a top speed of 86 according to the Nav system.

Interesting. I’m still getting 18-20mpg in the 2008 JKU I bought new with the 3.8. 137k miles. Not much difference in mpg’s.

Above I said I got 22 mpg on my recent road trip. Mostly highway, some hills etc. but that fell short of the 25 highway MPG on the window sticker. So I was thinking maybe it should have been a little better.

Today I had to go about 10 miles on the highway. Nice & flat here (for gas mileage tests anyway). After I got on & got to 6th gear I zeroed out the MPG screen. When I got to my exit it told me I got 25.1 MPG. On the way home with the wind, it was 26.3. I made sure to leave it in 6th.

So I'm happy with that, it's working as advertised.

Did you reflash for your new tire size? If you didn’t, your MPG will be off by roughly 2%.

2 Door sport here 3.6 auto 100% stock with the bridgestone dueller tires. City i get 16-19 depending on how aggressive i am, highway it jumps up to 25. I am at 5500KM, and my total combined is displaying at 20.2 There was a massive change at 1500-2000km as the engine broke in, went from 12mpg to 16 then it was a steady increase since.

I'm right around 20 highway, and about 16-17 more stop and go/ local roads. On average (more short trips under 50mph), I'm getting about 18-18.5mpg combined. Last tank was 18mpg (almost exactly) combined hwy/stop-and-go.
This will be dropping soon when the 37 Cooper STT's go on!

When I throw in some 4WD-H snow driving I'm averaging 15-16mpg combined.
