Snazzberry Paint Matching dash panel

I know it's one of the hated colors but I'm thinking of doing color matched dash panels and wondering if it's possible to match Snazzberry.

Why try to match it when you can just buy the paint? And why would it be a “hated color”? It’s beautiful.

There was a poll a while back of worst color. I think it won, lol. But I get chased down enough with complements from all ages and genders.

I didn't know if was available for purchase. I'm debating to DIY or have a shop do it. But I need a bit of a hobby project.

Just check paint code and get the spray paint..Quadratec is where I get all mine from. If I'm correct though Snazzberry is same as Dodge Octane Red. Should be easy to match.

I know some (not all) Orileys auto parts stores can mix you up some paint in a spray can, you get more for your money this way. I’ve had very good luck with my local Orileys color matching paints. They can get the paint code off your door sticker. You can do single stage paint or a base coat with clear coat. I would ask them for a plastic adhesion promoter to spray on before you paint it.
Also if you want it to look matte like the stock dash they can put an additive in there for that too. Not my Jeep in the picture, just came across it one day.

i did mine in gloss Punkin and i love it. I did it myself, its not terribly hard to do just be careful dont put to much paint on at once or u will run it. The gloss doesnt cause any issues with the sun either, i know a lot of people were concerned with that but for me anyway its not an issue.

I've been coming up empty so far. O'Rileys around here don't seem to do color matching. They referred me to Autozone which of course didn't go anywhere.

The Jeep parts department said they didn't have anything available.

I suspect the mid layer may be for the pearl coat.

Looks like there are a couple colors that match the part number QT lists for the match (06102697AB). (They have an ETA of 10/7 if you want to wait)
