Never seen so many Jeeps in one place. And this was only Friday. Tomorrow will be insane. Also made a trip over to Cades Cove. Weather was perfect! Suppose to be perfect for anyone going tomorrow too! Was a great day today!!!

When we were there a couple weeks ago, the bears were eating sweet cherries up in the trees. Pretty cool to see. We also enjoyed the Roaring Fork loop in Gatlinburg. Found an old abandoned cemetery on one of the walking trails.

Well, crap. I just found out about this, and it ends in like...1 hour from the time I'm posting this.

I've been away from Jeep life for about 8 years, so I need to get back into the local events. Sucks that I missed this one, especially since I live South of Knoxville.

Hello there. Could you please share your knowledge about the event? I've never been to the event before and I'm curious about things like tickets, accommodation, parking, etc. Anything you can shed some lights on is appreciated. Thank you.

From my understanding, it is like a big get together and there are vendors plus a ride on Sunday. One year they did the Dragon's Tail and last year I think they did Cade's Cove.

go annually. Thousands of Jeeps. Convention center and Island parking is packed with Jeeps. Vendors inside and out. They have a Cades Cove ride, which is more of an endless parade of Jeeps Smoky Mountains are beautiful. The Smoky's are our happy place. Already have our cabin rented.

My husband and I are debating on which Jeep to bring lol. I think I'll let him take his Sasquatch down and I'll leave the Grey fox at home. Plus, his is a 4 door, SO that means I can buy more wine and moonshine:rock:.
Ah yes, the Moonshine! Ziplines, horseback riding, etc. Lots to see and do there. We always take at least one trip through the National Forest over top of the mountains to Cherokee, Nc. And always take the tram up to Ober for indoor ice skating. What a view from the tram!
