Smittybilt XRC Gen 3 Install Problem

Unable to complete installation of Smittybilt XRC Gen 3 winch on my 2019 JLUR using RockHard 4x4 Patriot Steel Front Bumper Winch Plate.
The rear tie bar hits the grill when the bumper is still 3/16" to 1/4" from being seated.

Sounds like you need to start a conversation with RockHard. Report back as to what they say is the fix. I have the older model and it fits.

I don't think there is going to many options short of re-drilling holes. How much of a gap do you have the steel bumper? You could probably get it .75-1" closer in the mount.

We're looking at adding a set of holes to bring the new Smittybilt design winch chasis forward.
