anything else I need? 18 mm deep socket and a t45 bit?

What winch cover is that?

Just look a few posts above yours

After looking for quite awhile I found a few reviews that mentioned that the Bartact Warn winch cover fit well for the Smittybuilt gen X20 12k.

I picked one up off of Amazon and it works great. I can snap a few picks later so you can see how it fits.

This was a helpful thread for me thanks to all who contributed.

This winch is waterproof so can I ask why you need the winch cover? I can understand that it keeps mud and other abrasive materials from contacting the winch and cable. Is that the reason? Thanks in advance for answering what might be a noob question.

(I have the winch and ATP plate on order.)
