Sirus XM guardian and radio

Is it possible to have Sirus guardian but not XM radio? I can’t seem to find it in my radio. I have the 7” Uconnect touchscreen
How can I add XM radio?

Turns out I didn't order the Jeep with Sirius XM radio but I see the antenna. Can the dealer turn this feature on?

Ok so I came across this post while I was searching about the XM when I get ready to order.
So from what I hear is that you have to pay extra for the package to get XM within the Uconnect unit, AND then the reception is horrible (taken from other posts). But I can still connect through the XM app on my phone. Glad to have found this out.
