Sirius XM Disconnect Antenna & UConnect - Help!

Does anyone know how to disconnect the antenna to the Sirius XM? It’s driving me insane! As is the UConnect activation. I don’t want to buy a new radio/stereo, there must be a trick to be rid of this.
