Funny you should say that.
That actually happened to me with my 2013 Wrangler.
That one wad de-badged too, but I had a Parker (boats) logo on the rear window.

woman in a parking lot liked the vehicle, but had never heard of a Parker.
Had to explain that the vehicle was a Jeep and that Parker was my boat.

Not sure she understood.

I have to share this story with ya'll. I was browsing the PX on Liberty around 06 maybe. And I saw a guy who was decked out in tacticool 5.11 gear everything. Operator vest with something in every pocket, and a big ol bowie type knife on his hip. He was probably mid 40s if I had to guess. I asked him if he worked security, my best guess by his outfit. And there were plenty of security contractors over there. He replied that no, he was a generator mechanic for KBR... Now I'm a bit confused and ask him why he is all geared up. His answer was, 'You never know when those bastards are gonna break through the wire." I couldn't help myself, I actually laughed right there to his face.

KBR consistently found ways to make themselves the butt of many jokes. But that may be a topic for a non-Jeep related thread.
