It's worth the trouble. You've produced some cool images.Hahaha I used a nikon d810 with a sigma 14-24mm lens. I took multiple images at f/2.8, 6400 ISO, for 20 seconds. I then stacked the images in starry landscape stacker to bring out more detail and reduce noise. Then I did the usual color/contrast editing. They take a lot of work, but worth the time out in the dark.

I saw this conversation, and thought I'd tell you I pulled the trigger on a decent drone, and I'm going to be coming after you to see if I can produce cooler images than you.
My hand-held phone videos from behind the wheel suck. I'm almost always stuck wheeling alone. A drone is the logical next step. Besides, I really want to see what my Jeep actually looks like plowing through the nasty muck hole nobody else seems to be stupid enough to drive through.
Just picked this one up, and took this on my drive home! I'm looking forward to giving it a go this winterI miss the sled. It is getting to be that time of the year again.
Where did you get those pictures of the Calgary backdrop?2021 so far in scenic Jeep pictures
……Given Steve is in Calgary, I am going to say: Calgary.Where did you get those pictures of the Calgary backdrop?
Haha I live in Calgary so I figured that much. But thanks, I wasn't exactly sure where in the city the photos were taken……Given Steve is in Calgary, I am going to say: Calgary.
The one is taken from the Saddledome’s parking lot looking west towards downtown…. And the other looks to be just a across the Bow River looking in the same direction.
Scotsman Hill for the cityscape shots.Where did you get those pictures of the Calgary backdrop?
Your deductive reasoning is impeccable, lol……Given Steve is in Calgary, I am going to say: Calgary.
