2) Stickers look better and go more places and on more surfaces. Thus are more versatile.

3) You will run out of space fast with those things since you're just sticking them all over the side of the Jeep fenders.
With number 2, These go on all the same spaces that any other sticker goes, its just an adhesive on the back of the badge.

Number 3.... Well your stickers take up a lot more room than the badges so I'm not sure what your point is here.

Email I received yesterday from Jeep Wave:

JeepWave.JPG

We are very excited to announce our all-new badge design for the JeepĀ® Badge of Honor program.

These badges were specifically designed by the JeepĀ® Brand Product Design Team to resemble the design of the badges on your vehicle. These new designs are authentic, made to Go Anywhere and COMING SOON!

We understand that this badge will not match any badges you have previously earned. Later this month we will let you request any previously earned badges in the new style. Keep an eye out for another email from us that will have more information on this process.

Keep exploring the trails!

Just put mine on today. I decided on the back since, being from Canada, Iā€™ll probably not get a chance for any more.

I only have two as well. I've only had the JT for three weeks though. Only been to Colorado once. Its a slow start but the winch and mounting plate are on back order. I haven't been down a trail for days..... (breath, stay calm)

Just curious: Those of you with the new badges: Has anyone just taken the metal parts, looped paracord or dog tag chain through the hole, and hung them inside the Jeep? I'm thinking about doing this as I want to display them and I don't want them on the external surface (living in the rust belt). Curious if it's better to use the thin metal parts, or stick those parts to the plastic and drill out the plastic "base" as well.

Hit 29 badges today is just over a year. It has been quite a year. Just finished running the new trail at the Holly Offroad park in Michigan today. It is a new badge, and the park was open by reservation only this weekend. The official opening in next week.

I should probably update this I suppose.
I sold this Jeep to another forum member and bought a 2 door Recon.

A lot of trails have been found and driven since the last pic.

Well, that explains that. I remember seeing it in a bunch of ride posts in other geographic areas and wondered if you had moved or something haha. Loved that build, definitely picked up some knowledge from your posts. Looking forward to the next one.

Resurrecting an old thread to ask a question.

I got 9 badges in 6 states in my Sport S.

I have traded up to a Rubicon and I am slowly re-running the trails. Some of the trails aren't my favorites and some are far away.

I have all my badges in a box.

Some people feel like the badges go with the driver and just stick them on their new Jeep. I feel like they are for both the driver and the Jeep so I don't feel right putting them on my Rubicon until I run the trail in this Jeep.

What do others think?

Weā€™ve run 19 badge trails over the years, but only have 8 on this Jeep. I donā€˜t want badges on the rig for trails itā€™s never done. To each his own, but I see the badges as a reminder of the trails done in that vehicle.
