Shop to paint hardtop in DC area?

Anyone painted their hardtops in this area and can recommend a shop that can do it? How much did it cost?

I have a red hardtop and wanted it painted tan. Or maybe trade someone for a black hardtop.
Since it came painted, it is already smooth and should be easier to paint. I know some like it, but it seems a bit too much red for me.
