Just wanted to hear some input on this. I have a 3" Zone lift kit with Fox 2.0 Shocks that are compatible for 2-3 inch lift. I cant spare the time for servicing and don't know where to get it done locally anyway so I'm buying all new shocks to put on and will service the Fox shocks later when I can figure it out and keep as a spare set. Question is... I see shocks that are compatible for 3-5 inches of lift, 3-4 inches, 2-3 inches, you get the point.... Is it better to go with shocks that are 3" or a minimum of 3" lift, than to go with a 2-3inch shock again?? Specifically, I'm looking at Bilstein 5100 for their price point, decent quality, and they are 3-4.5inch shocks. My jeep is kind of a weekend warrior, very capable and lots of fun when I can get out, but sits in the driveway alot and sees more pavement than dirt. Stupid work and responsibilities.

Well, I found one singular comment in a thread that wanted me to measure stuff and while it was clear and concise and something I will do, I'm not able to go outside and do that right now so just looking for anyone else to chime in. Thanks!
