Undisclosed Shipping Source that may be useful for larger items

Apparently very few people are aware that you can ship a LOT cheaper through Greyhound. (Link: https://shipgreyhound.com/) Although, some areas may not have a Greyhound bus station, this will hopefully help someone save some money. If you are shipping larger items, this is a very inexpensive way to ship them long distance...

Here's an example:
To ship an exhaust system in a box that weighs 16 lbs., with a $600 max value protection, and a box size of 36x36x16 from Brooklyn, NY to Johnson City, TN is only $56.85, UPS/FedEx was around $175 - $185.

We used to use them a lot at the place I work, that's how I'm familiar with them.

Yep. The looks I get from people when I suggest shipping wheels/hoods/etc through Greyhound are funny. Then they realize I'm serious and save tons of cash.

Nice find. I am shipping my sold Borla muffler this way, dropping it off at Greyhound tomorrow. Far less inexpensive than the other options. Yes, not as convenient as having it delivered to your front door and the drop off location is not as close as others, but it is worth the savings.

I will update my experience with this method in the near future.

I dropped off the muffler on Saturday August 1st at the Detroit Greyhound station. It arrived at the St. Louis Greyhound station on Wednesday August 4th where it was released to the recipient.

Good experience and excellent shipping rate.
