I bought a set of the blackout "decals" for my 2022 4xe Rubicon and I would not recommend them. I installed them with the wheel off my Jeep in an enclosed garage, following all directions and using a heat gun and the outcome was not very good. The release paper on the vinyl has so much glue on it, it pulls up the decal while installing and creates bubbles just trying to get the backing off. In addition it leaves a lot of glue residue on the decal even once you manage to get it released. I lifted and repositioned trying to remove the bubbles as best I could, but there were still a lot of bubbles in the final install and they had glue residue all over the vinyl. The glue did come off with some work though. In the end I pulled them back off, because they did not look good and it took me over 45 minutes to do 1 wheel. I have worked with vinyl before and have wrapped dashes and consoles with kits in the past and have gotten excellent results, with these decals it is very difficult to get a good result.

I did write to Shine Graffix and they told me I did not follow their install video properly and that is why I had issues, and included a link to an install video shot from 10' away, where the installer uses an open flame on the vinyl instead of a heat gun and never shows the result of the vinyl install from any closer than 10' - which of course looks fine in black, in the shade at that distance. They also told me the bubbles would just go away with heat from the wheels ?‍♂

I would not recommend these decals, but YMMV.
