It’s been a long journey. 3 years ago decided to get a Jeep for Colorado vacations. Finally bought one last fall. Have LOVED it! 6k troublefree miles.

Yesterday, we finally arrived in Colorado with it. A dream coming true. As soon as we park in our campsite, It won’t go into park and I get “service transmission”. As long as I stay away from park, everything works flawlessly. Park blinks and allows the Jeep to roll. I also can’t turn the Jeep Off. My only options are “run and acc”.

I’m calling a dealership this morning. I’m confident it is something easy, but what timing! Waited three years, drove 4K miles to get here and now spend my vacation at a dealership.

I’m attaching the codes.

Any input?

That timing is unbelievably frustrating

Definitely keep us posted. Hopefully it's something quick and simple. Fingers crossed for you.

Low batteries. The vehicle is one big computer and when the batteries get low, and they do a lot on the two battery system, things start popping up all over.

Batteries weren’t low when it initially happened, but are low now, due to not being able to turn the vehicle off.

Did not have good customer service with the first dealer. The second closest dealer is being more helpful.

That's weird! I keep seeing all of these weird computer failures popping up.

Quick question- how are you able to bring the codes up on your phone? Is that an app that works with the tazer or something? I've never seen that before.

That is odd, how many miles on it since then, and did a dealer look it over?
