Service Reviews for Dwayne Lane in Seattle?

Hello,
As you know from my interactions with Rairdon's I have lost the confidence and trust in FCA dealership work.
I now have a number of other issues that need addressed. I see the reviews on google are a bit iffy for the Dwane Lane in Everett.

Can I trust this dealership to properly inspect the vehicle and diagnose it?

Avoid Rairdon's at all costs.

At Dwayne Lanes In Everett, their service department is run well since John became the service manager. It is where you want to take your jeep if you're in the general area. Meaghan is an excellent service writer and if you treat her nice she will look out for your interests. I worked with her at her previous dealership and now happy to see she is at Dwayne Lanes
