Ran Schofield today from CB to Marble.

I was surprised at the number of people on the lower parts (both Gothic Road and near Crystal) but was pleasantly surprised that once it got to the "real" stuff it was a ghost town....no pun intended

Here's top of Schofield and looking down into the canyon of the Devil's PunchBowl

Also the clear water of a waterfall near the top

More to come

The Devil's PunchBowl looking in both directions (up and down)

A group of 5 passed us (all we really saw in the hard stretch) with a fs Sequoia (FJ80 platform-ed I ASSume?) in the rear. I gotta say, getting that Sequoia from the PunchBowl to the top had to be somewhat interesting as he looked stock

Also some shots from just below the PunchBowl

Today ran Taylor to Gunny. Did not see A SOUL which was kinda cool. Taylor's not exactly easy on the Gunny side, I would have preferred to climb that side for a challenge.

Anyway, avalanche cleared near the bottom on Aspen side, I like the red foliage, and some mountains and stuff

Did the road get significantly worse? Doesn't look bad at all in the pics.
There's really just the 2 rock squeezes near the very top. I think he'd have to climb his driver side over at least one of those, and likely wind up on his rocker in the process. Some spotting and a little rock stacking would likely be enough to make it work, though
